From a client care perspective, what makes SRS Different is that we approach our clients with empathy and a sincere desire to help. Every day I hear from clients who are amazed at how easy it is to work with us. I try to really listen to our clients and work with them to find the best way to meet their needs.

Purchasing my house seven years ago. The timing worked out well, and it’s become a big source of both emotional and financial stability for me.

Growing up, I didn’t look very far afield for role models. I watched my grandmother, a single mom in the 1950s, build a life and career out of nothing but hard work. She was still hustling selling real estate in her sixties, making sure her clients were taken care of. I looked at my mother, a career educator of more than thirty years. She was up at five a.m. every day, graded papers late into the night, and stayed at school late to make sure her students had the support they needed. Then there was my dad. After a successful career in the telecommunications industry, he started his own shredding company. He built his first truck and ran every part of the business for fifteen years until his retirement. I learned from all three of them that you need to work hard, make the most of the resources you have available, and help people as much as you can. I strive to exemplify those lessons in my work.

The biggest risk I ever took was moving to Tallahassee sixteen years ago for a job. It was completely out of my comfort zone, and I didn’t know a soul. I have built a home here, made amazing friends, and even had family follow me because they liked the area so much.
